Where larger companies are overwhelmed by demand to meet quotas and eventually end up under servicing their clients, we are able to allocate more of our time to understanding and better serving our clients needs.

On our company’s background, Munro Property Group has been operating in excess of a decade and under the leadership of the Directors Murray Munro, Lidia Munro and Lyndon Cocks the company has gone from strength to strength. We now employ 15 people to service the areas of Commercial Sales Leasing, Management and Acquisitions, Residential Sales, Leasing, and Management, and provide extensive Strata and Community Management Services.
Murray Munro
Since altering his career from Engineering to Property Investment and Management in 1975, Murray has embraced all aspects of the real estate industry gaining extensive knowledge in sales, leasing, and management, both in commercial and residential applications.
Murray holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering, Diploma of Business (Real Estate Management), an Associate Diploma in Real Estate, a Certificate in Commercial & Industrial Practice and has maintained his membership of the Real Estate Institute of SA since 1975.
With his extensive practical knowledge and engineering background, Murray has developed cost effective preventive maintenance programs especially important for the care of high-rise building developments. Murray’s academic training has also proved invaluable to absorb and gain extensive knowledge of the Strata Title and Community Title legislation.
Lidia Munro
Lidia Munro holds a Bachelor of Education Degree and a Diploma in Teaching (Commerce). Lidia taught in a number of high schools rising to a senior position in Business Studies and also spent time lecturing in commercial subjects at TAFE.
Following her teaching career Lidia undertook 5 years in Hotel/Motel Hospitality Management in an Owner/Director capacity before embarking on a real estate career.
Lidia completed her studies in real estate and is registered as a Land Agent specialising in residential sales, investment and management and now heads up the Residential team at Munro Property Group.
Lyndon Cocks
Lyndon Cocks joined the company in 1998 after deciding on a change in career path. Given the longevity of his employment with the company it was evident that the change to his chosen field of commercial and industrial real estate was the perfect fit. Having completed a number of tertiary studies, including the Diploma of Property (Real Estate) he is fully qualified and registered as a Land Agent.
Over the years in the industry Lyndon has attained a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of selling, leasing, acquiring, and the management of commercial and industrial property which he utilises daily with his long established client base.
Lyndon heads up the commercial team but has also been appointed as a Director of the company. This has lead to his being involved with the overall operations of Munro Property Group and the focusing on improvements across the departments to meet and satisfy what is required of a professional and successful company of today.
