Statements
- Either fortnightly or monthly, with funds deposited in your nominated account. Annualised income/ expenditure statements.
Rent Reviews
- Rents are reviewed regularly to ensure property returns are in keeping with market trends.
Inspections
- Regular & careful property inspections with a full report submitted to the landlord.
