24 Hour Emergency SupportMunro Property Group recommends that Corporations review their contractor and service provider contracts each AGM and thereafter. Munro Property Group Corporation Managers prepare updated contact lists for 24 hour emergency support and this list is distributed to Office Bearers, Management Committee Members and if directed to members.
- Corporation Managers need to be advised of after hours callouts and in most circumstances calls will be directed to Manager’s direct or mobile phone.
- Munro Property Group aims to provide a 24 hour / 7 day service.
- Management Committee decides on after hour callout procedures. Note that buildings with a high tenant component as opposed to owner/occupiers have different attitudes to authorizing after hours callouts.
- Feedback reports are provided to monitor events causing callouts etc.
